1. Overview

This website, getmedvault.com, is operated by MedVault ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and intended use

MedVault is a portable, temperature-controlled storage case. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always follow the storage instructions provided with your medication and the advice of your pharmacist or healthcare provider. You are responsible for checking that the temperature setting is appropriate for what you store.

We do our best to describe and display products accurately, including colors and specifications, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays them exactly or that every description is error-free.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, refunds and protection plan

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms. The optional 2-Year Protection Plan covers replacement of a unit that fails under normal use during the two years after delivery.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy or resell our content without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to MedVault or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and any protection plan you purchase, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedVault is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss or spoilage of stored contents. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MedVault harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products or site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site from the date it's posted.
