Delivery times

Orders to the United States arrive in 7 to 12 business days from the day you order. That includes processing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

International orders take longer and vary by destination and customs. You'll see the available options at checkout.

Shipping options and costs

• Free Standard Shipping: free on every order.
• Insured Shipping: $4.99. Covers your order if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
• Priority Insured Shipping: $7.99. Insured, and your order is handled first.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to the countries listed at checkout. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility.

Your MedVault ships empty

MedVault ships without any medication inside. Charge it fully before first use.

Lost, late or damaged orders

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your order arrives damaged, or it hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, email support@getmedvault.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to redirect it before it ships.
